SweetProof
Most people don't fail at day 30. They fail at day 3, in the evening, at a specific hour. That's the only moment this app cares about.
The problem
You've stopped before. Two days, three days, and then it's 6 PM, the kettle's on, and you're not deciding anything — you're just doing what you always do. Another tracker asking you to photograph your food doesn't help with that.
SweetProof does one thing well: it shows up fifteen minutes before your hour, with the reason you wrote down when you were feeling strong.
One tap a day
No calorie counting, no barcode scanning, no food diary. If checking in takes longer than five seconds, you won't do it on day nine — and day nine is the whole point.
Rate the craving if you want to. That's the entire daily ritual.

Your buddy
A character that reshapes across your challenge — face, waist, posture — driven by one number: your streak divided by the length you chose.
There is no way to skip ahead and preview it. Scrubbing to a body you haven't earned is the same trick as a before-and-after photo, and it makes the streak mean nothing.

Craving SOS
One button. Guided breathing and three specific alternatives — not "drink some water", but the thing you actually reach for instead.
It replays the reason you gave when you started. There is never an ad or a sales pitch on this screen; monetising the moment someone is struggling is how you lose them.

Nudges
The app works out the hour you actually slip and moves the reminder to fifteen minutes before it. A fixed 9 AM "stay strong" gets muted inside a week.
Five slots, each switchable. Keep the evening one.

When it goes wrong
Log it honestly and the streak restarts — but your total clean days and every badge you've earned stay exactly where they are. Losing a three-day run should never erase a month.
The app uses the slip for something useful: the hour you logged it moves tomorrow's reminder earlier.

Rewards
Badges for the streak, for beating cravings — and one for logging a slip honestly, because the alternative is quietly lying to the app and then deleting it.
Tap an earned badge and it becomes a card you can send to whoever has been putting up with you.

Your data
No account. No sign-up. No servers. Every streak, slip and weight reading is stored in the app's private storage on your device. There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no advertising ID. We cannot see your data because it never reaches us.
The trade-off is real and worth knowing: uninstalling the app deletes everything, because there is no copy anywhere else.
Questions
No. One tap a day — clean or slipped — and optionally how strong the craving was. There is no food diary, no photographing meals and no barcode scanning anywhere in the app.
Your streak goes back to zero and the buddy softens a little. Your total clean days and every badge you have earned are untouched. You can also undo a slip if you logged it by mistake.
You choose: 7, 14, 21, 31, 60 or 90 days. The buddy reshapes across whatever you pick, so a one-week challenge visibly moves within the week. You can change it later.
Entirely. There is no account and no server, so the app behaves the same on a train as it does at home. Reminders are scheduled by your phone, not pushed from anywhere.
Yes. Every feature is free and stays free. There is one optional one-time purchase that removes ads. No subscription, and nothing is held back behind it.
No. SweetProof is a habit tracker, not a medical device. If you are managing diabetes or another condition, talk to a clinician before changing your diet.
The first evening is the one that decides the week.
