Terms of Use
Last updated 10 August 2026
By installing SweetProof you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
What the app is
SweetProof is a habit tracker for reducing sugar. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The information it shows about the effects of cutting sugar is general and educational. If you have diabetes, are pregnant, or are managing any medical condition, consult a qualified clinician before changing your diet.
Your data is your responsibility
Everything is stored on your device and nowhere else. We hold no backup. If you lose your phone, uninstall the app, or clear its storage, the data is gone permanently and cannot be recovered by us or by you.
Purchases
The optional ad-removal purchase is a one-time payment processed by Google Play, tied to your Google account, and restorable on devices signed in to that account. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to circumvent the purchase, redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you live.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time — Android may delay or suppress them depending on battery settings, and some manufacturers restrict background apps aggressively. Do not rely on SweetProof for anything safety-critical.
